Every tutor must be fluent in English and at least one other language. That's how we match tutors with students who speak the same language.
What you'll do
Tutoring is the core of the role. Alongside it, you'll work with our leadership team on curriculum, outreach, and tracking our impact.
Tutor one-on-one
Meet with a younger student and help them with schoolwork, in English and the language you share.

Join our leadership team on decisions about curriculum and how the program runs.

Analyze program data, write teaching materials, and help plan what we do next.
Pick a project track
Alongside tutoring, every tutor joins a project track based on what they want to study.
Finance & Economics
Teach money skills to families who are new to the U.S. financial system.

Requirements
- Grades 9-12 (ages 14-18)
- Minimum 3.5 GPA
- Fluent in English and at least one other language
- 4 hours per week commitment
- Strong academic performance in chosen pathway
- Teacher/counselor recommendation
- Demonstrated leadership experience
